From: "I just want my video to start playing when I put the CD in the holder thingy”

To: “I want my five videos and three PDF documents and two PowerPoint presentations on a CD. And I want two of the videos to run simultaneously and in sync with the two PowerPoint presentations. And one of the other videos needs to have the options of scrolling text in a choice of five languages. And the PDFs need to be indexed so the user can go directly to any chapter in the document. And they need to have active, imbedded web links...to sites that can also stream other videos….that you need to encode…..in three different formats for all line speeds…..and host. Oh, I almost forgot….. I need to include a test that the user can complete and submit on-line and be graded and get back a response….with directions on what material to review. And I need a report generated from the site that will tell me what files each user accessed on the disc. I think that’s everything. I’ll call you tomorrow with any changes.”
