VBR Variable bit rate. MPEG 2 compression technique that provides minimum and maximum rates to provide for varying disk space allocation based on image complexity (the opposite of CBR – “one rate fits all”)
Vector Art Vector Art is a mathematical equation between two points that describe a line. There are an infinite number of potential points used to describe the shape. Vector art is scalable without loss of clarity or sharpness. Encapsulated Post Script (.eps) files are vector art.
