DAM Operations Facilitator

Summary

This role works closely with the Digital Product Owner to facilitate all areas of operations in maintaining the DAM Platform, AEM Assets.

Responsibilities

   DAM Operations:

  • Support Digital Product Owner in identification, creation, development, and maintenance of workflows, naming conventions, metadata requirements, and required field templates
  • Subject Matter Expert on all things DAM, AEM Asset Platform
  • Create and maintain DAM Information Governance or process mapping
  • Create and maintain Internal and External user training materials for DAM
  • Create and maintain user DAM security groups and entitlements in IAMSC
  • Identify, create, develop, and maintain DAM workflows

   Documentation:

  • Create and maintain the Wiki sites for DAM, Asset Share Commons, and Adobe Stock
  • Create and maintain Information Governance for Asset Share Commons
  • Create and maintain user and administrative training materials for Asset Share Commons
  • Create and maintain documentation for naming conventions, metadata requirements, and required field templates
  • Document enterprise operational processes
  • Maintain Project Management documentation and deliverables in Rally

   Platform Development Support:

  • Support Digital Product Owner with agile platform technical development
  • Perform and document system performance, testing and oversight
  • Communicate with IT partners
  • Fulfill user tickets for DAM platform, Asset Share Commons, and Adobe Stock requests
  • Attend bi-weekly Agile Release Train (ART) Syncs
  • Bi-weekly refinement meetings and technical refinement as needed
  • Assist with product backlog for DAM
  • Prioritize upcoming features and refine features for product development backlog
  • Develop user stories and tasks
  • Maintain product roadmap

Required Qualifications:

  • Project and product development experience, preferably with Scrum/Agile methodology
  • Comfort communicating and translating system needs from Business to IT
  • Experience managing DAM system at an enterprise level or in large organization
  • Ability to act as Subject Matter Expert on all things related to DAM; attend meetings
  • Confidence to put forward new ideas, offer best practices and knowledge of DAM industry standards
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Critical thinking and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MLIS, MLS, MIS in applicable specialization such as Information Management, Archival Administration, or Data Management; or Digital Asset Management (DAM) certificate; or 3-5 years’ experience in Adobe Experience Manager Assets, CMS and Marketing.
